12. 10. 2017. – SES announced today that the EchoStar 105/ SES-11 satellite was successfully launched into space on SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. This is the second time SES has launched on a flight-proven Falcon 9 rocket, and the fourth launch with SpaceX.

15. 09. 2017. – SES Video will be showcasing cutting-edge technology developments at IBC 2017 in Amsterdam from 15 to 19 September. A demonstration will offer visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in Luxembourg City, thanks to a live satellite transmission of 10K x 2K panoramic video content to the venue. Another demonstration will showcase the world’s first live Ultra HD transmission of HDR10+ content via satellite.
