AI Needs Infrastructure, Not Just Data
THE CHALLENGE
Business advancement is increasingly tied to the adoption of AI. However, AI can only deliver real value to companies if the necessary infrastructure is in place—whether on-premises or outsourced. H1 Systems, a market-leading company in data center, security technology, and energy systems, sought to draw attention to the fact that the AI revolution cannot be supported by existing infrastructure, and that if timely action is not taken, regional competitors will gain a significant advantage.
THE SOLUTION
The work began with data collection. We conducted a communication-driven research study among the readers of Portfolio.hu (a leading business news portal) to assess how prepared domestic market players are for the rapid advance of AI—in terms of expertise, strategic planning, and investment readiness. The company’s CEO presented the findings to the portal in an interview format, which was subsequently published. A press release on the topic was also prepared.
RESULTS
Following the publication of the interview on Portfolio.hu and the press release presenting the research findings, a genuine professional dialogue emerged around the topic. Several companies approached H1 Systems to request access to the research results. This campaign also played a role in H1 Systems being invited at the request of László Palkovics, Government Commissioner for Artificial Intelligence, to represent the Hungarian data center industry at the Ministry of Energy. There, alongside other experts, the company took part in a stakeholder consultation forum focused on future-proof digital infrastructure.
